I humbly introduce myself as Nicole Thomas, the legal nurse consultant behind Impact Nurse Consulting. You may ask yourself “what is a legal nurse consultant?” That’s a great question, but wouldn’t a better question be “what is a successful legal nurse consultant?”

I’ve earned every alphabet behind my name through extensive educational and professional experience. I’ve carried roles such as Registered Nurse, Lead Clinical Nurse, and Manager of Medical/Clinical Operations. The desire to establish Impact Nurse Consulting is the outcome of a strong demand in the legal industry for medical experts who can educate, assist and support attorneys with medical issues.

Imagine going to a foreign country where you could only partially understand their language. An interpreter would make the experience more enjoyable. If you can grasp that scenario, then you have a very good idea of my role. I use my expertise to make the legal process easier for attorneys.
