True to its acronym bestowed upon by our seniors — Life is Beyond Awesome, every moment in LIBA reflects its awesomeness. Having a modest but a competent infrastructure in the heart of the city yet unaffected by its noise and pollution as it is in the lap of nature with its beautiful green campus.
You witness people from across the country and get to have a taste of the diverse cultures, traditions and festivals of India. BE it Onam or Diwali, Pongal or Navratri — you get to feel the vibes of these festivals which bind all the students into one LIBA family. In LIBA, there are no seniors no juniors — there are only Buddies! The buddy system, the signature campaigns bridge the gap and help connect easily where learning and fun go hand-in-hand.
The unique themes that we come up for Freshers, Farewells, the ultimate clash of the 2 batches of students with LIBAarated where students bring in their creative best and emerge as champions based on their myriad talents in singing, dancing, fashion shows, bands and so much more! Its not just these culturals but we have opportunities to showcase our Sporting talents through LIBA’s very own LPL and the Sports championship between seniors and juniors.
In the midst of the busy and hectic schedule of MBA, LIBA students do get a breather and can cut off from the monotony with 3 days of outbound learning — learning integrated with activities, fun, food and an amazing locale near the beach. PEGASUS and rural visit are the escape-routes for LIBAiites.
LIBAZAAR — the market research megaevent conceptualised by LIBA, the various clubs- Radius- giving back to society, LIBA’s own management event — Chrysalis, the conferences and BMI sessions held with eminent speakers are the wonderful opportunities for LIBA students to hear straight from the horse’s mouth and many such events help students get hands-on experience with managerial activities.

Exchange students who come to LIBA get to know what is LIBA’s energy: very interactive classes, many group works, and beautiful school celebrations.
We discover how management can be taught in such a different country with a big economy and interest in new technologies.
We try to adapt to the way of work, sometimes hard work and we improve fast our English by for instance reading 80 economic articles in one night for the next day ! We also need to adapt to the dangerous spicy food!
We find here very smiling and helpful people, at time with curious questions and a real desire to share with others.
In fact, exchange students learn here Indian vision of business administration, Indian amazing culture and Indian happiness lifestyle. How can we describe LIBA better?”
