Yesterday(18th August 2014) was the last day of my internship. Its been an amazing ride. I still like it when my commit gets merged. It’s still the same kick that I used to get 3 months back. Even though the OPW is over, I’ll continue contributing to Libav and Open Source.
I’ve started with Bug Wrangling. Libav has its bugs listed on Bugzilla. I personally think Bug Wrangling is an important task. It is best way to know how the software is being used by people in the real world. People use Libav in a lot of interesting ways.
I learnt a lot of new things this week. I learnt how to use Benchmarking Tools and why they are important. Shell Scripting, Perf, Valgrind and Doxygen too.
