The best programmers out there (according to Richard Reis) love finding problems. Likewise, the best educators out there know that no matter what you’re learning and teaching, it should reduce to problem-solving, persistence, patience, and empathy. In short, the best educators are good at creating puzzles / scenarios / situations for kids to solve and experiment. That’s because education isn’t about training kids for their future job; it’s about training them for their future problems.
