Why I write 1000 Words Every Day

Great post. I can certainly relate to you regarding momentum. It’s difficult for me to write when I’ve taken a break from it. It’s similar to an athlete returning from a lengthy injury. Athletes often suffer from “rust” for a few weeks before they are back to their full selves. It’s the same for me — momentum is absolutely key. It can be highly frustrating when I know what I want to write, but I just can’t execute it due to being “rusty.”
