Let’s get cracking with OBS studio with the ultimate guide to OBS Studio! These tutorials are coming from one of the best tutorial creators Nerd Or Die who makes quite a lot handy tutorials for streamers and he also has some free resources for streamers that you might want to check out.

For this article i have created a nice quick link section where you can just click the link and it will take you for the spot you want to learn.

So What is OBS Studio?

OBS Studio is the new upcoming version of the OBS that includes many features that are not available in the OBS Classic version and it’s a lot smoother to use than the classic version. Many streamers are switching or have already switched from classic to studio currently.

Good to know before you start to setup

If you have already streamed previously. I would recommend you not to delete the classic OBS just yet. You can run both OBS Classic and OBS Studio from your computer separately. There has been some cases where old computers can’t handle the power of the OBS Studio that well and the studio will eat up your CPU more than the Classic.

So it’s better not to delete all your setups and scenes from classic just yet. But if you don’t yet have any OBS program go right ahead! :)
