Come ON. I mean how much do you really think individual votes count? Not much unless you’re in Florida, Ohio or Pennsylvania. Even then the electoral college stands in the way of your vote meaning something. The electoral college and hacked voting machines.
Also, Hillary Clinton is a menace to brown people the world over. Ask Libyans, Hondorans and Hatians how safe they will feel with her at the helm. She wages war to preserve corporate interests. She promotes fracking as a viable energy plan. It is not selfish to not want to vote for her.
I mean, in Oregon, I could literally vote for a stuffed bear and harm none. That is true in most states because the electoral college is all or nothing so if your vote is of a different hue than your state’s, you might as well not bother.
Nader didn’t cost Gore the election. Rigged voting machines and SCOTUS did. And poll-wise, Jill Stein is fairly harmless. More people are voting for Gary Johnson. A libertarian. For president. It’s ludicrous.
I’m not voting for Jill Stein, btw, but I’m not ruling out the stuffed bear. I just think articles like this are misinformed and condescending. It is nobody else’s business how anybody votes. Also you don’t seem to understand how dangerous Clinton’s neoliberal chessboard agenda really is.
