Fast-Growing Skincare Line to Make American Debut during the 68th Annual Emmy Awards in Los Angeles

Bitchinskin, an Australian beauty product, is more than just an awesome, catchy name. It’s revolutionizing the skincare industry by effectively kicking acne, wrinkles and dryness to the curb — one application at a time.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA — Get ready, America! Bitchinskin is about to invade the motherland for the very first time from the “Land Down Under.” During the 68th Annual Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, the skincare line will make its star-studded debut. Hollywood starlets and leading men will be among the first to try the product in the U.S.A. as part of the award show’s traditional “bag swag” giveaway. The event is hosted by Celebrity Connected, a California-based company specializing in gifting suites.

“We will be providing our product to approximately 120 celebrities on the day of the event, along with getting some photos of celebs interacting with Bitchinskin,” stated Grace Fuss, founder and CEO of the skincare line.

For this business-savvy mother, taking part in the Celebrity Connected Luxury Gifting Suite honoring the Emmys is a once-in-a-life-time opportunity far too good to pass up. Actually, the whole thing has honestly left her “gobsmacked.” For you, American folks, that’s Australian slang for “shocked.”

“I suppose you could call it ‘star-struck!’” stated the excited businesswoman. “I’ve always told myself that I need to be flexible and say ‘yes’ to every opportunity that arises, but I never even knew that something like this existed.”

Thirty other brands from around the world in varying industries will also participate in the gifting event. Participation in the event is highly selective. In fact, it’s by invite only. Fuss says she feels lucky to have been chosen.

“At first, I thought it was a big scam. I even sent them [Celebrity Connected] an email directly advising them that someone was using their name to scam people! Embarrassingly, I received another email a day later explaining that this was all legitimate,” explained Fuss. “Whoops! And then after a phone call with one of the coordinators, I made the decision that it was about time Bitchinskin met some celebrities.”

Bitchinskin, an effective body scrub, is made from super-concentrated 100% pure green tea leaves, stone ground into a fine powder called ‘matcha.’ These teeny-tiny powder particles get under the skin to detox it and target those common pesky skin conditions.

“Bitchinskin works on three levels. We have a unique grade of exfoliating ingredients that go from “rough to buff” meaning, that they will start off by sloughing away dead skin cells and also polish the skin surface,” described Fuss. “Next, as the product is left on your skin, the oils will warm up and the mixture of salt, sugar, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, matcha and peppermint oil will begin to soak into your skin targeting skin problems such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, and skin redness and inflammation. Results can be seen in as little as two uses.”

Matcha, a hard ingredient to find in skincare and a welcome alternative to the coffee scrubs that are dominating the market, is also one of the most powerful antioxidant rich ingredients around — 137x stronger than regular green tea antioxidants.

“Besides our amazing ingredients, we are big believers in self-confidence and standing up for yourself, so we are also out to promote and empower women and men where we can,” stated Fuss. “We wanted to bring awareness to the idea that being, what is stereotypically known as a ‘bitch’ — can be a good thing. Standing up for your beliefs, morals and values, saying no and walking tall with your shoulders back and head held high are things that we encourage here.” The company’s motto is certainly a catchy one: “I am the only BS you need.”

The gifting suites will take place at the M Hotel in Los Angeles on the September 17th. Fuss says she is looking forward to taking part in the pre-party.

“We aim to be a fun and edgy brand and look forward to bringing that feel to California on the big day,” stated Fuss.

As for the big awards show everyone will be watching, the Emmy Awards will take place on September 18th, 2016 at the Microsoft Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California, and will be broadcast in the United States by ABC. The ceremony will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
