Agree with this 100%. I would say that processes are a time saver, at least for me. I don’t have to re-invent the wheel or spend precious brain-cycles deciding what the next step in eg a recruiting process is. For recruiting we just use a recruiting process from another successful startup. Once we need it and have the time/energy we can innovate it, but not our core focus.
