Rich habits are the same what successful habits are. Even if we name them as “commandments”, “promises”, “habits”, every form has the same meaning according to the effect that implies.

Most of the unsuccessful people blame their luck for their failures, considering themselves for being unlucky and saying that all successful people have experienced a good luck. It really doesn’t matter if we make a difference between good luck, bad luck, accidental good luck, possible luck, we just need to attract the right one.

Applying mechanical principles to your daily routines will lead you to a world that is not much different from „Brave new world“, described in the same book. But, if you slowly apply the principles and advice that the Essentialism stands for, will lead you to a direction that is excellent for starting with the changes, and being more productive and successful. You can’t fully free yourself from everyday bad habits, but you can try minimizing them.

A person can’t be successful if it is not aware of its strengths and weaknesses, and being self-critical is one of the hardest things to achieve. Sometimes our ego is too big and it is much easier if the critics are coming from a third party.

Successful people are focusing on work while they work, they set goals for every day, month, year and also long-term goals on which they spend time.

And if you find yourself not knowing how to start working towards your goal or you know but you don’t work on it, start with creating a Vision board (hanging a picture of something that we wish for a long time) and dedicate your everyday work towards that goal and self-improvement too.

Instead of wasting your time you can start with making time for expanding your knowledge and values also commit part of it in taking care of your health, and making and maintain long-term relationships.

If you make it a habit and routine, the creation of lists and organization will bring you more enthusiasm, energy and self-confidence for getting things done.

Having trouble with remembering names, birthdays, anniversaries will be solved if you just write all that down and it will be even better if you find time every day to call someone of that list or just send a card. Based on this find the time and call someone today.

One of the most important but also hard to implement habits is controlling your thoughts and emotions because that is not possible in every situation and we usually let our emotions to control us no matter if they are negative as anger or dissatisfaction or that is pride or happiness, but we are human beings and we can not separate ourselves from them.

Ideally, you can control your emotions but it is the everyday life where they control us.

You can start with smaller changes in your life as changing your daily healthy habits like paying attention to what do you eat and how much do you exercise.
