When you suck at what you love
Patrick Wiltse

Interesting perspective. Yet, not sure if aiming at mediocrity is everyones cup of tea. I do really like the idea that when we are terrible at what we love, we compete only with ourselves. However, with every small victory you inch closer towards the bigger one. And thats the rush you are waiting for. Also, by nature, our egos tend to love those things more which comes naturally to us, which we feel we hav a strong competency in over others. Its quite less as far as i have read, interacted and met people who love to do things they are terrible at. Passion and hobbies mutually exclusive and hence i feel your article tends to incline more towards hobbies than a passion area.
