Hi Juan. I am a product owner and my mobile app team has been facing this issue for a while. I am not much of a techie but would want to help my team.

We recently added IAP to our existing app. Whenever users purchase a package from the app, 2 things happen:

  1. Payment amount is deducted from their bank accounts
  2. The app shows “cannot connect to iTunes” and the package is not activated.

What could we be doing wrong here?
