What are failures?

90% of the people who fail, assume they can never accomplish their goal/task. However, failure is just an indication to apprise that the method chosen to fulfill the task is sub-par and there is a more superior method.

Chris Hardwick once said “The more you fail and recover and improve, the better person you are”. Therefore, the inference we can make from this quote is “you rise when you fail”. Failures empower you to ponder various approaches in order to succeed.

Remember, failures are the art of success.

How to overcome failures:

1. Touring through the reasons.

Explore the reason of your failure. How did it happen? Most importantly, why did it happen? Was there a bad influence on you? For example, say that your reason for failure is because you were too concentrated on playing with your friends that you forgot about the upcoming exam.

We will continue to solve this particular example in the various steps shown below.

2. Perusing Root Cause

Once you have toured through these questions and acquired the answers, break them down. Discover the root cause. Now, you have to reverse the root cause. This will be the ultimate solution to your problem. Remember the example in Step 1? Now, what is the root cause? Playing with your friends and forgetting about the upcoming exam. For that reason, you will pay more attention to prepare for your exam rather than playing with your buddies.

3. Locking the strategy

After this step, you need to figure out how you will make step 2 happen. Will you just force your mind to centralize on the main task? In our case, ignore our friends. Construct a lot of strategies and implement the best one that you think? Maybe, tell your friends that you have to prepare for your exam and wont be able to come until the exam ends. Personally, I would’ve inquired other people regarding my situation and register their thoughts in my brain. Moreover, I shall then combine the thoughts of other people and my own to structure a conclusion.

4. Back Up Plan

Carry out the deduction. All there is left to do is apply this solution to your situation and determine if it works. In case your solution has flopped, repeat step 2 and 3. You have to visualize the outcome of your solution in your brain. Again, if you are confident that your solution is ready to be applied, go on, give it a shot.
