Einstein was searching for the theory of everything. I teach the essence of everything, which is the meditative state of being present.

The meditative state of being present, is also referred to as now. We use the word now to denote that we want something right away or right now. The state of now, however, is something quite different, yet most everyone thinks they know what now is.

I say, Almost no one knows what now is. All our problems in communication, relating and relationship, in sex, in everything are because we do not know the essence of the state of now.

I further say, The insane state of this world, all the wars, hostility, suffering, and starvation is only due to the fact that this entire world knows not the essential state of now. We have all been conditioned to live in this world as it is; our lives appears to us as normal, despite the atrocities which normally occur and which we normally tend to ignore or deny.

Our minds are conditioned to the concept of time. All our thinking has a time element in it. When we regret, it is about thoughts of time in our past. When we desire anything, our thoughts are about future time. We perceive our life moving on a time line. Conditioned beliefs that time is money complicates our mind even more. Our thinking mind is almost never now.

Our body, however, is always present. And because the body is now when the mind is not, there is antagonism. An example, you feel tired, but the mind says have a cofee and keep going. The mind usually wins, because we are attached to our mind; we actually believe we are our thinking. Our conditioning is for survival and for moving ahead.

The mind is always in time and the body is always now. This opposition is tension. We feel time as tension, as the time difference between what we have and what we want. The greater the desire the more tense we are. As this builds we end up stressed and sick. We are out of touch with our bodies, our natural being. We are unbalanced, because we are split from our body. All because we do not know how to stop and be present in each moment.

The meditative state of being present is timeless. It is peace incarnate, blissful, silent, and loving. It is who we truly are, once we offload the burden of our conditioned baggage we all carry around rather unconsciously. I said, I teach the essence of everything, but really all I do is point you in the correct direction and guide you how to get over your own obstacles.

When your conditioned program crashes, when you are in a crisis, depressed, sick, ready to kill yourself, perhaps you may remember or realize you are not your conditioning of an insane world. https://www.facebook.com/PerspicaciousPerspectives/
