Love cannot be given or received if you do not first have love. The love we commonly call love is an emotion we feel one moment, possibly replaced by hate the next. When we fall in love, we fall for the idea of perfection. We love our cars and we say we love our parents.

Unconditional love is your awareness of your heart; in this space you know that who you are, is love. Love is a spiritual experience
