The trouble with mindfulness is that observing how we are without a deep awareness of the mind and how it is one with the body and spirit, nothing changes.
Meditation is a method to become aware of thoughts, to observe our thinking mind, to realize how fucking crazy we all are from having been conditioned and programmed to believe all the dumb shit of this insane world. And in meditation, we feel our body sensations and emotions. We observe it all and gradually become more aware.
I teach powerful meditations designed by my master Osho. These are active meditations for western people who can not sit Vipassana. In these meditations we release repressed emotions which unconsciously power our reactive mindset. True freedom to be follows. This work requires trust in a teacher.
