There are things that are hard for people to switch(things they love doing) and then there are things that make people want to switch(things they hate doing).

Building products that help people not do the things they hate doing fixes the user acquisition problem as these products can spread through word of mouth really fast.

At Crowdfire we are helping our users not do marketing and making it invisible for them. This has helped us grow through sheer word of mouth really quickly.
