You must start to consume information/data/things that contribute & lead to your growth and output. You thus become a contributor as well as a consumer. Consumer culture must evolve. It must be a conscious, active evolution. Not passive. In terms of our evolutionary dynamics and history, passiveness is redundant.

This is linked to the structure of varying platforms that form the bones and thus the basis of cognition of a unified digital entity.

From email->google->YouTube->Facebook~>other, the data flow between users and these applications forms an invaluable database, if harnessed/structured correctly.

The internet has allowed the peak of pure (dogmatic) consumer culture to have been reached and also provided insights into human behaviour as a culture/individual. It has also proved. to be the means to step out of consumer culture pure and better. enable us to become contributors . We are all highly specialised input-output now.
