Walking is a great exercise but walking away from all the things that makes you inferior, angry, arrogant, worthless & sad is all the more important.

So here is why you need to walk away for a good mental health and well being.

  • Walk away from toxic people. Sometimes you feel why this person is not supporting you, instead making you feel all the more bad about yourself. Beware and trust your intuition, and walk away from such people.
  • Walk away from anger and arrogance. Anger is like a two edge sword. No one can think clearly when they are angry.
  • Walk away from any situation or environment that makes you feel worthless and demotivated. Even if you are sad or depressed always try to hangout with people who see the positive and can uplift you.
  • Walk away from people who don’t respect you and your boundaries. We all have some boundaries and no one should be interfering unless allowed. Let them know their limits.
  • Walking away at the right place, at the right moment, and at the right time is one of the most beneficial things you can do to yourselves. It requires strength and courage to walk away, but it will open several doors to walk into.

Walking for your physical health is good but walking away for your mental health is the reward you give yourselves for a peaceful and beautiful life.
