The logo doesn’t need to be at the top of this card. Everyone knows it’s the Oscars. We move the Oscar logo to the bottom where it’s least important in this context.

Agree with everything you’ve said including this. But, I also feel that having the Oscar logo at the top would maintain the heirarchy of the announcement structure(as in, the Oscar for the Best Picture goes to Moonlight…...)
