Congratulations on a great year! I’m intrigued by the amount of travel and other activities you got done, that aren’t necessarily directly related to your job as an engineer. Is this because you’ve found ways to be extremely efficient at work, or you just try to create personal boundaries for how much time you’ll spend working?

How do you set expectations at your company, because I’m sure there are people who’d continue to work when you’re away, leaving a lot of catching up to do. Do you ever struggle with guilt that you should be working more?
