I learned meditation when I was 16 years old. It was super difficult and sometimes still is. However it was also super real, super raw and bare. It provoked me. It challenged me. It calmed me. It changed me. It led me to be me. To just be.
So how to meditate? For those don’t know how, or don’t even really want to!
