Contrary to popular belief, the 75 Hard Challenge is not just a fitness transformation challenge; rather, it pushes the limits of your mental toughness.

This challenge requires undertaking tasks that the average person is unaccustomed to.

The challenge revolves around establishing positive habits that contribute to overall personal development. For instance, incorporate two workout sessions into your daily routine, one in the morning and one in the evening, with one of them being outdoors.

Another aspect involves adhering strictly to a diet plan and eliminating any consumption of unhealthy food.

Additionally, maintaining a water intake of 3–4 litres is crucial, as is dedicating time to read 10 pages of a book each day.

Finally, documenting progress by taking a selfie or progress photo at the end of each day.

Although it may appear too simple on the surface, I must emphasize that it is quite challenging.

Many individuals struggle to accomplish even the initial requirement of exercising twice daily or consuming the recommended amount of water due to unfamiliarity with such routines.

It is crucial to approach this challenge with caution.

Rather than impulsively diving into the 75 Hard Day Challenge, believing it will provide immediate benefits, it is wise to start by making incremental changes to your daily schedule.

Remember, small changes lead to the development of sustainable and impactful habits.
