Action speaks volumes louder than we can understand mentally at times. The physical, cardio work out you receive from running is not only a way to induce your dopamine levels, but is the best anti-anxiety med on the planet.
I am an addict. I get addicted to things. Doesn’t matter. I used to be addicted to things that were toxic to my body, mind and spirit.
I am still an addict, but have chosen different addictions now. Perhaps running is one of yours, which is awesome.
The actions we take, I feel, should be questioned. Yet, running is not a questionable action. It is good for you physically, mentally and spiritually.
Heart rate up, mind clear, and a full blown meditation.
