【 EDO period 】SHOYU(soy sauce)

Edo period , ordinary people had to use the hawkers of sold by weight.

“SHOYU”is Soy sauce.SHOYU is one of the famous seasoning in the world .Soy sauce is very often used in Japanese food .

Product is easy to obtain.It is a good idea to go to the supermarket or department store.

There are so many Shoyu-makers here in Japan.Now let me introduce some of them which established in Edo period (more than 300years ago).
