Thank you for a great and thoughtful article! I also decided to take a break from drinking exactly 80 days ago! I agree with what you put down, and there’s one particular change that’s standing out for me:

I’m a lot more *grateful* for what I have and who I am, and with that comes a lot more *positivity* and *resilience*. Now, when things get difficult, I almost look forward to the challenge with glee, as opportunities to attack head-on! That’s very different from seeing the bar as a spot to hide away from challenges! That has positively impacted just about every part of my life.
