Might as well amerit another article, indeed. What you say is true. While I try to go to bed at the same time every night, I still suffer from not actually sleeping when I lay down, sometimes laying down for 1 hour or more; I guess that’s because of how my bedtime was structured before, but I also might have some problem of insomnia. Anyways, I will try out what you say! It is very important not to waste time browsing webs endlessly, or doing basically nothing, situations in which I’ve found myself before. Thanks for the post, and let’s hope for improvement!
