It’s easy to see only the consumer-facing gadgets when thinking about IoT.
But it’s only the tip of the iceberg, and obviously the part where you’ll find the more shitty devices.
But IoT is mostly about *Things* (!= objects), and about somewhat boring professional applications using dumb sensors.
No shiny websites or kickstarters, but real use cases with added value.
Agriculture, waste management, assisted/predictive maintenance, utilities, ..
