Replace a difficult, draining job in 3 days
If you’ve been unhappy at work for months, you don’t have to suffer in a job that feels like your energy is being drained for 8 hours a day. You can leave your job immediately and keep making the same money, without getting another job or a new source of income. And you can do this in 3 days.
The way you do it is simple, but it’s a little hard to believe.
You turn your (awful) job into a completely different job.
And you do this without changing the work you do, the assignments you get, the people you work with; without switching to a new team or role; and without ever speaking to your boss.
The secret is that you do this not by changing your job…but by changing your *day.*
If you’re unhappy at work, the real problem is not that you don’t like your WORK — it’s that you don’t like your WORKDAY.
To see that you already know this is true:
Ever notice how some days at work are *worse* than others? Your job is the same every day. Yet, somehow, on those “worse” days, when things seem especially bad, it’s like you have a more terrible job than the one you normally have. But the only difference between your job (normally) and your job on this kind of day…is the day.
That “worse” experience isn’t coming from your job. It’s coming from your day.
Because if you went to work tomorrow and somehow had a workday that was interesting, intriguing, maybe even a little exciting — and you knew how to keep this going for as long as you wanted…You’d have a very different opinion of your job.
A different *experience* of your job.
The hidden mistake is thinking that the only way to fix your work problem…is to change your work. But the faster, more potent, way is just to change your workday.
And what you might not realize is that the path to this is hidden in plain sight. Sitting right inside your day, every day:
Embedded in your day is a unique pattern to the way you experience your work that determines the type of workday you end up having.
Uncover this pattern and you can immediately go from having miserable workdays to remarkable workdays in 3 days — instead of spending weeks or months continuing to suffer while you try to find another job.
Finding the pattern is simple but you first need to understand what it is:
It’s a pattern in the events, actions, and activities you experience at work — and the way they affect you — that determines what kind of workday you end up having.
(Draining, frustrating, relaxing, interesting, etc)
This pattern is unique to you, but it’s also unique to you at this particular job…at this particular time. It’s defined by 3 deceptively simple questions:
1) What makes your workday worse than usual?
2) What makes it better — or “less bad” — than usual?
If you’re not aware of these 3 parts of the pattern, it’s like flying blind. If you accidentally step into one part of the pattern, you have a really bad day. If you keep stepping in it, you have a bad week. Or month.
But if you somehow enter another part of the pattern, you have a not-so-bad day. And if you keep activating *that,* you have a workday unlike any day you’ve ever had.
And if you figure out how to stay there, your job transforms right before your eyes.
I know because it happened to me…
I discovered this principle/process in 2017, when I found myself trapped in a job where every day felt like torture. I suffered with profound unhappiness at work that rapidly spiraled into depression.
Then, I accidentally activated a *different* part of the pattern.
And I went from sitting in an empty parking lot, crying in my car, every day after work… to waking up so excited for my workday that I started getting to work 1 hour early.
Even though I still (technically?) “hated” my job.
It was the strangest, most incredible thing I’d ever experienced.
“Same job. Different day.”
Very. different. day. 😏
TO ACTIVATE THE PATTERN…
Each of the 3 questions listed above is important, but a key step for activating the pattern is answering Question #1:
* What makes your workday worse than usual? *
You must find the exact “things” that cause this to happen. And once you find them…turn them “off.”
This creates an instant shift in your pattern that immediately transforms your work situation: the same way that turning off loud, obnoxious music instantly transforms a room.
But there’s a catch:
If you’ve been unhappy at work for a while, then the answers that are coming to mind for Question #1 are probably parts of your job (events, actions, activities) that are outside your control.
“This meeting is draining…but it’s mandatory.”
“This project is frustrating…but I can’t switch.”
And that’s the problem. Not knowing how to control this.
The trick is actually to go 10x deeper and trace these things back to elements you *can* control. These elements are the “off” switch.
Once you find them, it’s like having the cheat codes to your day: And you can go from having a miserable, draining workday to having a day unlike any day you’ve ever had in a very short period of time, sometimes just 24 hours. Because an “off” switch works instantly. 😉
NOTE: Because the pattern is hidden to you right now, when you see it for the first time, it can sometimes be surprising. Even a little strange. In my case, the first time I found an “off switch” I was shocked to discover that my workday was impacted by something as small as which *entrance* I chose when I walked into the building.
Another magical thing is that the effect of flipping the right switches often compounds in ways you could never predict.
In 48 hours, just by flipping the right “switches”, a recent client (a B2B business consultant) found herself accomplishing in 1 day what normally took her 3 days: Without consciously trying, she had 3X’ed her productivity. 🔥
And another client saw her workday go from a “2 out of 10” to a “9 out of 10” in only 3 days. 🔥
And if you do this right for your specific situation… if you uncover the pattern and find the exact right “off” switches, you could be stepping into a completely different work situation in 48 hours, and you could turn an awful job into a completely different job in just 3 days.
If this sounds like something you want, the process I’ve just described is what happens in my program Three Days Later:
An unusual 3-day experience for unhappy 9-to-5 employees, freelancers, and business owners who want to leave a miserable work situation behind and step into something better. People often notice results in 48 hours.
In this program, you’ll do the following:
In the first 24–48 hours, you’ll experience a complete 180 in your workday by activating the hidden pattern that shapes your day and using it to “turn off” the things that make your day worse, including the things you *don’t know* make your day worse.
…and you’ll do this in spite of the parts of your job you think you can’t control.
You’ll immediately erase your negative work situation by using the pattern to “turn on” the (currently invisible) elements of your workday that cause your day to get better — and follow them like breadcrumbs so the path to what you want naturally lights up like the aisle of an airplane. Simply seeing this path changes everything.
…and you’ll do this even if you “hate your job” and can’t see anything good about your experience at work right now.
You’ll follow this path into a completely different version of your job — one where your workdays are filled more with what you like and less with what you don’t like. But this effect compounds after Day 1.
This is why your work situation transforms in 3 days.
Welcome to Wonderland✨
WHAT IT INVOLVES
✦ Three Days Later requires just 20–30 minutes out of your day. For 3 days.
It also takes your entire day, and makes it better.
But it does this without touching your schedule.
This is one of two strange paradoxes of this program:
‘Change everything…without disrupting anything.’
(That’s Paradox 1)
✦ All you’ll be doing each day is making a list. A special list of just 8 items.
The list encodes precise information for what happens next.
This information is unique to you — and it changes every day.
I have no idea what will show up on your list. And you don’t either.
In fact, even after doing it once, you still won’t know what will be on your list:
‘You know what’s coming…but it’s always a surprise.’
(That’s Paradox 2)
✦ There’s no direct coaching…not in the normal sense. 😏
Just a precise set of instructions that you must follow *exactly.*
Every day, for 3 days.
And an optional 15-minute call on Day 2 for you to ask any questions you may have. (You won’t have many.)
This program gets the best results for people who are currently working Mon-Fri (and not on vacation), are reflective and curious about their life, have a solid short-term memory, can set aside 20–30 minutes at the end of their day (for 3 days), and who like the idea of having an odd little adventure.
Three Days Later impacts 360 degrees of your workday (and life)
so it’s 360 USD 🙂
The next round activates Monday 1/3/22, and runs for 3 days, starting Tuesday. Like this:
Day 1: Tuesday
Day 2: Wednesday
Day 3: Thursday
If you’re interested in Three Days Later, just send me a DM here on Facebook. I’ll answer any questions you have and then, if you like, you can enroll in the program. And you can look forward to Monday…and Tuesday…and Wednesday…and Thursday…and beyond. 💚
Because this has happened before…
If you somehow know “Three Days Later” is for you and don’t need to hear anything more: you can take the leap and enroll directly. Just click this link and follow the instructions to enroll. Right after you do, you’ll receive your immediate next steps. Follow them exactly.
See you on the inside. 😏
