How did my team make it thrive

November 2017, I was working with an energetic team full of eagerness and hunger for making another product successful. And this time we were called upon to handle a project quite big with challenges and it came with a pretty short deadline to make even proper researches.

So, let's talk about the few challenges we had to face first and also what it was really about.

The event was an annually held Music Concert. Basically, it held and rejoiced by national and people from around the Indian subcontinent. It happened in Dhaka. Which is by far mostly dense city with a high rate of the traffic problem. More on these later.

The first challenge was to create a web platform for the ticket registration for visitors within a short deadline and to reach a vast amount of people without buffing them with extra features or interactivity. That was the reason we choose to stick with a single page app with fewer registration steps as possible.

For keeping user browsing time length short we made registration only possible against the cell phone number of visitors. And yes we also had provided three different tickets for three different days of the occasion.

Now comes the second challenge, we were told that there will be medium traffic as expected. But thanks to my elegant ops team during the surprising peak of traffic over an app and with intense sweats we were able to provide everyone with the service they deserve.
