I’d wager a lot of folks who contribute to Medium will nod their heads vigorously as they read this post as it is a great example of how process trumps outcome.
Thought leadership isn’t purchased (at least with much effectiveness). It is earned because you possess a depth knowledge. Equipped with that knowledge, you have built a valuable network. When there is an appetite or need for your knowledge, you can then provide value to a larger audience.
This takes time and discipline.
