Uber has been going downhill for a while now. Their drivers, their customers, and now I’ve learned their top-level employees are not happy with them — so they’re either going to have to make a change, or self-destruct. I’ve noticed that their prices have drastically dropped which I had assumed was due to the heat they got during the protest, but stories like this can’t help them either. I’ve also spoken to a lot of the drivers who claim that they withhold too much of their money without explanation, and that they’re simply not treated right.

I’m sorry you had to go through all of that. Thank you for sharing this story. Stories like this will help expose them and they will lose business. I am deleting my Uber app.
