Recently I’ve decided to try to review myself every 3 to 6 months to better optimise myself, in my career and my life as a whole. Here’s the takeaway.

Are you happy?
- What makes you happy?
- What specific actions do you take to improve them?
- Of the things you can’t improve what do you have to do to preserve them?

What makes you unhappy?
- Of those things, what can you eliminate/lessen?
- What specific actions do you have to take to eliminate them?
- Of the things you cannot eliminate, what do you have to accept?
- Why?
