Thoughts
— poetry for the over diluted brain —
i am the thinker of many thoughts
my words tumble and tumble until they are lost
letters become words; words become sentences
they toss and they turn like an turbulent ocean angry with the world
‘why are you poisoning me!’ they yell and they yell and they yell
lost in the wind they ever so desperately wish to begin again
oh why oh why must we suffer so! my love my love oh where will we go
when these thoughts they consume us so
our brains my dear they are overspilling, a grey mush on the floor
you are slowly dying your thoughts come less so
oh my dear i love you so
please do not let your thoughts go askew for what will i be able to do
but watch your thoughts and words tumble through
an ocean has gently waded you out to the great blue
you leave me only blue with the wind to carry me through
i am the thinker of many thoughts
oh most of those thoughts are of you
