Apologies is this sounds too harsh, I do not intend it that way John Metta and this may be an issue of my not reading your response correctly.

Are we to believe that attempting to address a situation logically is the cultural domain of “whites” and to address a situation emotionally is the cultural domain of “not-whites” when it is argued that to do so was a method of controlling and normalizing a conquered people? Are we attempting to maintain the separation that is decried in this very article?
