Cosmic Horizon is a space trading game built with cosmos sdk and its own application-specific blockchain.

Cosmic Horizon is a strategy and trade-based cosmic multiplayer game, taking inspiration from various adventure and strategy games of the 1990s. The core elements of the game consist of the Universe (made up of quadrants, each divided into thousands of individual sectors) and the elements within it, namely: Players, Ships, Planets (including special planets), Ports (including special ports), and Corporations.

Players can play on their own as privateers or form corporations to work collaboratively in the pursuit of galactic hegemony. Each player has a unique avatar, in the form of an NFT, which is the store of their in-game identity, known as their player card.

For every job, there is the correct tool. A wide array of different ships, each with their own advantages and disadvantages, will be available to players who will select the right ship (or ships) depending on how they wish to play the game and the resources at hand: freighters for transporting cargo, smaller ships for exploration, heavy cruisers, sentinels, corporate clippers etc. Each ship has a unique (a) attack ratio, (b) defense ratio, (c) burn ratio (i.e. fuel efficiency) and (d) maximum storage capacity. Ships can be outfitted with special items and equipment to enhance their performance and strategic value.

Ships can be bought, sold, captured or destroyed*. They are the means of transportation, trade, and warfare for the player.
