2016 for Nomadways? Oh, what a year!

It was about time to invade Medium — one of our favorite places to discover content and read. So, we decided to start our posting with a bit older publication but rather important for us: our observations of 2016 and goals for 2017!

It was about time to look at 2016 and observe what we managed to achieve, with you and your help on the way. Soooo… we are truly excited to show you in our way — the visual way! …..drumrolls…

Earlier this year we have the pleasure to attend the workshop called “Facilitarium”. We learned what is graphic facilitation and how to use it in our everyday notes, work and how to facilitate with visual notes. That’s why we have created out annual summary using this method. Here is what we did:

We were lucky enough to create 6 projects this year. They included 12 meetings and 87 days of activities! During them there were 20 artistic creations — movies, performances and booklets. Oh yeah!

We are sooo happy that we worked with 77 new people! And all of the projects reached out more than 6000 guys!

Looking at our map, it feels soooo great to know that we managed to get in touch with people from many countries. Our team travelled to 20 countries this year — in Europe, Asia, South and North America. And we worked with partners from 30 countries. Go, Nomadways team!

We got our hands on our internet presence as well. In April we started sending monthly news to our friends and partners and since then we released 14 letters. Curious? Look at our archives here.

Nomadways is now active on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, too. So, if you want to keep en eye on our work and opportunities to work with us, follow us around.

What about us? Here is 2016 in pictures — some of the best moments at projects and meetings here and there:

And finally, our wishes to you for 2017.

What are your wishes for the new year? Tell us :)

See you in 2017!

(Remember to subscribe to our monthly news — we send an email once per month with calls for participation in our artistic projects in Europe, updates about the team and insightful info curated by our team)
