Thomas Ruff was invited by the Agency for the Tourism of Prato, Tuscany, Italy, for a personal exhibition of his.
The importance of the Magazine Cover, in Italian "LA PRIMA [DI] COPERTINA", is well known among all Editors, worldwide, ever. 
That’s the reason why the Province of Prato upon their monthly bulletin decided to impress — and then to attract into reading — their citizens and their tourists by a photograph of the tragedy of the Twin Towers in Manhattan.

Detective Columbo - mourned Peter Falk - is not an Editor yea, but he doesn’t even live on the Moon !

As a consequence — as an integral and attentive Officer (sometimes a painndass for his Captain…) as he is — he would annotate upon his notepad he is uncapable to understand the reason why a newborn PDF magazine — in digital edition therefore — systematically lacks of its Cover !

He would write down by his obsoleted graphite pencil :

- "WHAT’S THE MATTER WITH THE PRIMA COPERTINA IN ITALY ?".
