NEW YORK, NY — Nooklyn, a tech and real estate company in New York, has announced the launch of virtual apartment showings on its platform, a response rooted in concerns over the rapid spread of the Coronavirus in New York City.

“The safety of our clients and agents is of the utmost importance to us,” said Moiz K. Malik, Chief Design Officer and Chairman of the Nooklyn Board of Directors.

“At this point, we have not seen a significant decrease in the number of renters seeking apartments, so we’ve expanded our platform to cater to users in a way that ensures physical contact is at a minimum.”

“We also want to enable our agents to do their jobs to the best of their ability in this time of uncertainty,” Noble Novitzki, CEO at Nooklyn, added.

Virtual tours are now available on the Nooklyn website and app.
