Happiness Fuels Success

The concept of happiness is complex and hard to measure, many people believe that happiness is mysterious, elusive and totally out of their control. This is not true. Actually happiness is a choice, each person can decide whether to be happy or to be sad. This is all depend on them how they perceive. Some people think that when they achieve success they will be happy.

As Shawn Achor a renowned positive psychologist says: Happiness fuels success, not the other way around.

When you are happy, you starts to enjoy working and this helps you to increase your productivity. Even passing a smile to someone contribute in making other person happy. According to the science, it activates 12 muscles in your face which makes you healthy and happy.

Out of these 5 steps, I like most is gratitude and random acts of kindness. I applied these suggestion the whole week. I feel more positive and energetic. I feel happy. This is a whole new experience.

As happiness is the feeling of enlightenment and refreshment. Heart feel relaxed and burden free. Look around, there are a lot of beauty in people and nature. Happiness is not what you can buy with money. No one give you happiness instead of you, so try to bring a change in yourself.
