Whether you’re a Flowery Branch native like us or just passing through and looking for something to do, there are so many fun activities for anyone!

Yoga on the Lawn

Yoga on the lawn in Flowery Branch, Georgia

Throughout the summer, the City of Flowery Branch sponsors free yoga classes every Tuesday night at 6:30pm. These classes are an hour long and the perfect way to start off the week. The breathing-focused exercise is such a fun way to bring the community together to connect in a new way.

Cherokee Bluff Dog Park and Trails

Looking for a different way to connect with nature? Get the pups involved and head to the Cherokee Bluff Dog Park! With three fenced parks for dogs of all sizes, it is always a good time meeting other pet owners like yourself and getting to pet all the fur babies. If large groups of dogs aren’t your thing, check out the hiking trails around the park and by the creek.

Farmer’s Market

Every Thursday, you can enjoy a lovely gathering of local businesses and food vendors in Downtown Flowery Branch. From 3–6pm you have the opportunity to get ingredients for dinner, jewelry, and a popsicle, all in one stop! Connecting with other Flowery Branch locals is clearly one of the key values of the government and they do it in a delightful way. We love to walk around and shop while snacking on a popsicle from King of Pops.

Lake Lanier

While you may hear stories of its haunted history, Lake Lanier is enjoyed by thousands of Georgians and tourists. We grew up going out on boats, kayaks, and jet skis, so it only feels natural to spend every weekend on the lake this summer. With 7 amazing restaurants on the water, you can enjoy your time with loved ones no matter what your plans are. We love to grab Pub Subs and head out on the water with both of our families and a full cooler.
