Let’s take a trip down memory lane to a time when managing social media was a real headache. Crafting the perfect message for a business was like solving a tricky puzzle, and creating captivating content required the skills of a wordsmith. Businesses would scramble to hire experts in copywriting to craft engaging posts that could capture their audience’s attention.

But the challenge didn’t stop there. To accompany those well-written words, graphic design experts were called in to create eye-catching visuals. Each post had to be a work of art to stand out in the busy world of social media. The process of content creation was meticulous, time-consuming, and demanded a lot of effort.

And then there was the issue of when to post. To maximize their reach and engagement, businesses would set alarms to wake up at odd hours, hoping to catch their target audience’s fleeting attention. They would post diligently, like sending messages in bottles into the vast sea of social media, hoping for that elusive “like” or “share” to wash ashore.
