Stop using PPT, use Notion!
Let’s see, it’s the 21st century and, luckily, every day there are more and more tools with functions that allow us to get the most out of our creativity.
Today, Power Point or Canva are among the main options when putting together a presentation, whether it’s for college, work, your team, or a personal project you have. But what if I told you that with a simple extension you could make Notion a tool for creating dynamic presentations and integrations?
Let’s see how!
I recently discovered Notion Slides by Wunderpresentation, a Chrome extension that allows you to make your Notion pages an “interactive slide” that you can share as a PPT or Canva presentation.
How does it work?
It is simple! Notion Slides by Wunderpresentation leverages Notion’s Markdown system to enable a hierarchy in your presentation that you can navigate both horizontally and vertically. Yes, you read it right: you will be able to navigate (or “slide”) both vertically and horizontally depending on the sublevels you have on your own page.
But let’s see it better with an example from Wunderpresentation itself. Enter this link and you will be able to see the step by step of how this incredible tool works that, I assure you, will generate more than a good impression and surprise in your next presentations.
How to install Notion Slides by Wunderpresentation?
- Install the extension for Google Chrome.
- Enter Notion from your browser and select the page you want to present.
- Make sure your page has a structure of Heading 1, Heading 2, normal text and/or images so that Wunderpresentation knows how to differentiate each slide.
- Once you have your Notion page ready, click on the Google extension at the top right of your browser.
- And ready! You can start sharing your Notion page as if it were a PPT or Canva presentation.
Remember that you can also “embed” the code of your presentation so that you can index it on a web page and/or share your Notion page to collaborate with other people.
Here is an example I made for #ImNotCEO. It didn’t take me even 5 min!
