You’re in a place where you don’t know what you want.

You’re in a situation in which you feel like you’ve tried every option you have and you still don’t know why you’re here — your purpose.

You’re feeling some kind of loss but you don’t even know what you lost. Your greatness? Your aspirations? Your future?

You just know one single thing. You’re stuck.

Really, what do you want for yourself? What do you want to do?

The unfruitful quest for answers to these questions is most often depressing.

Other times, you feel anxious,

overthinking about something uncertain in the past that brought you to this confusing identity crisis;

overthinking about what’s happening now and how you want to get up and beat the odds;

overthinking about how doomed you could be tomorrow if you wouldn’t survive the struggles you have today.

But scrap that. There are only a few things you should understand:

It’s not the mistakes you had in the past that make you feel like you betrayed your own self, deprived yourself of the great tomorrow you could’ve had if you didn’t mess up.

It’s not being stuck and the feeling of loss that’s preventing you to have that life you always think you deserve.

It’s not the uncertain, impending doom you feel about your future that’s going to deny you the greatness that you desire.

It’s the fear. It’s the anxiety. You’ve made fear your anchor and it’s not doing you any good.

You feel stuck. You feel lost. You feel purposeless.

But everyone does. At some point, everyone does.

You just have to keep going.

It’s scary. It could be dark along the way. It could even be stormier than it was. The fear could rise at any point.

But keep going anyway.
