I’m so sorry to hear about all you have been through and I wholeheartedly agree with you. If I may make one little parenthesis without taking away from the importance of your comment, I just wanted to talk about low-fat diets. It is becoming abundantly clear to the scientific community that fat is not only essential, it actually aids weight-loss. The real culprit is the insane amount of carbohydrates in the western diet. We are grossly uneducated as a society on our diets – we’re still encouraged to think that fruit juice is healthy when the amount of sugar it injects into our system cannot be replicated in nature. Indeed, our bodies are incapable of handling this sugar efficiently and that affects our storage of fat. Anyway, I really wanted to point this out should you or other readers be on a low-fat diet due to its supposed health and weight-loss benefits, like I was until recently. It’s turning out to be a lie and isn’t helping us to stay healthy at all! Parenthesis closed, wishing you all the very best :)
