Facing the Fear of Failure

I have selected Amal Career Prep fellowship for the activity of facing and overcome the fear of failure.

This was an amazing activity. I distribute the stack of flyers in my university’s final year students of different departments with the help of my friends. I received mixed response from the students some students are very much interested and some are not interested. I tell all the students about the fellowship and those students are really interested I guide them in detail about the application process and offered my help in case of any difficulty in the application process. But through this activity I overcome my fear of failure and specially engagement with unknown persons.

In this activity first I distribute Amal fellowship flyers to my class fellows and batch mates majority of my classmates and batch mates show their interest in this intense business skill development fellowship and willing to apply in the fellowship. Afterwards I distribute fellowship flyers to the students of other departments and guide them about the fellowship. Many students show their interest in joining the fellowship but some of them are not interested specially girls. But I guide all of them about the application process and ask them if they need any help you can take guidance from me. Overall this activity was very amazing and interested.
