Body is body, mind is mind, I am.

I sit, I breathe, I close my eyes.

I feel my breath. I feel my body. I scan my body and relax it. When the body is relaxed and mind is alert I open my eyes and observe.

I don’t look trough my eyes but I do see. I don’t give importance to the information coming from my eyes to the brain.

I observe information coming to the mind through ears as well. I don’t listen but I hear. Each sound I hear I acknowledge. No definitions needed. Then the ringing starts. I pay no attention to that either, ask no questions. It’s added to the experience along with the rest of the information coming to the mind trough eyes and ears.

I feel sensations. There are sensations in the body, processes as well. Breathing is happening, so is circulation of blood and digestion of food. Each organ of the body performing it’s function. Brain included. Narration is happening. The brain is commenting the experience (among other things its doing). The commentary blends with the rest of the sounds and it all is a part of the experience. It all IS the experience. This experience includes all the processes mentioned above, happening at once. No definitions. No highlights. Each one of equal relevance and beauty as the other.

Observation continues, narration stops.

There is no boundary between this body and rest of the experience defined as not this body. Body and mind, along with everything seen, heard and felt are a collective experience, movement, a process. Beginning-less, endless and scaleless process, which does not stop because it never started. It just is. And I am experiencing it. I am the experience experiencing it. I am the experience experiencing ITself. I am IT.

Movement, Process, Experience, Love, Peace, Silence, Presence… No word can fully represent IT. No collection of words can describe IT. Words come from the mind and, like everything else, mind comes from IT. Therefore…

Body is body, mind is mind, I am.

Thank you for reading. You are beautiful. :)
