It is a matter of intent, isn’t it? If you are motivated to think good thoughts and do good deeds, yet stray from the path (an act of stupidity), that is ‘forgivable’ because you are engaged in the process of personal growth. It is the foundation of perspective and wisdom. Watch it come and watch it go.

Only when you are driven by unethical or selfish ends must you stop and look in the mirror of your own mind and say to yourself, “that was not right.” And in that instant you embrace the firm commitment to never make that same mistake again!!
