Never Strange Enough
“Intrusive thought cannot harm you unless you give it validity and that’s the rub. Treat your intrusive thoughts as simply little naughty children. If you give them too much importance they can drive you crazy.”
~ Burt Harding
“Strange species,” you say? Nay, little sister … as of last week I am the essence of normality and, now that you have 4,000 screaming sucifants (sp??), I may as well become rehabilitated, too. Might as well, can’t dance.
So both normal and fixed in your honor!
35. do you realize what that means? you are at the apex of the life cycle! The ancient Greeks would have saluted you with a sing-a-long and the Romans held a one week, village-wide holiday in your honor. Why? Because you stand at the peak of the mountain, looking in 360 degrees at all creation.
Your heart is omnipresent, beyond chronological age. Thus at this point you are both new and ancient, all in the same package, you see. So just kick back and groove on it. Ultimately you will join me here in the Bronze Age and we will run naked under full moons and invent the first cell phone.
See, you have so much to look forward to, Kim.
