How does working daily work out for you so far? (If you have tried it yet)

When I was working via UpWork, it was easy to work hourly since it has its own tracking app with automated screenshots feature. However, when I work with local clients (I’m living in Turkey) most of them have “trust” issues with hourly/daily rates and I end up pricing project based.
